We analyzed 2012 data from the Federal Highway Administration and ranked bridges with more than 50,000 users a day according to their 2012 "sufficiency rating": a percentage from 0 (worst) to 100 (best), determined by a formula that factors in how essential a bridge is to the public as well as its structural adequacy, safety and serviceability for modern use.
