There is more to Latin Food than enchiladas, rice and beans and so we set out to build a restaurant that celebrates the diverse flavors of South America. Come join us for a culinary adventure as you try the traditional recipes and wines of Cuba, El Salvador, Brazil, Chile, Argentina and more all prepared with Juan's artistic fusion style.\n\nHouse specialties include our Cuban Pork Shank -slow braised and drenched with an aji chile sauce, Flat Iron Steak - marinated in a dry rub of spices and suggested medium rare, Zacateca Chile Verde - pan seared pork simmered in our unique fire roasted chile and tomato sauce, Arroz con Pollo - tender, dark meat is baked and then sauteed in a tantalizing plantain and chile sauce, Butternut Snapper Fillet -pan seared in Chilean white wine with hint of garlic, topped with butternut cream sauce, and for dessert, try our Chocolate Chimi - a flour tortilla filled with dark Venezuelan chocolate ganache & brandy served warm with vanilla bean ice cream.
