Our Restaurant offers traditional "California Style" Mexican Cuisine. All our food, sauces, and salsas are made FRESH daily. We NEVER use animal fat or "Lard" to short-cut the flavor of our foods. "Time" and "Seasonings" are what make our "Black Beans", "Smashed Pinto Beans", and "Sauces" so flavorful. The lack of any animal-by-products makes them desirable to our vegetarian and vegan customers.\n \n We use 100% all white meat "Chicken Tenderloin" and "Certified Angus" beef. We roast our beef and pork for 12 to 16 hours and shred it in-house to ensure the best quality. For the freshest "Crab" and "Shrimp" we use local seafood company "Joe Patti's".
