We travel down the Intracoastal Waterway on a 43 foot trawler towards historic Ponce Inlet and the Disappearing Islands. This is a wonderful occasion for anniversaries, birthdays, or any special event with family or friends. Great drinks, fine dining, and a relaxing intimate time with someone special. Flowers, special wines, or anything you can think of can be esaily provided on the boat upon request. We depart New Smyrna Beach around 5:00 and travel to Ponce Inlet via the Disappearing Islands. The anchor is lowered near the islands and the views are spectacular as you are served a very special gourmet dinner. Appetizers and a specially prepared salad are offered as starters along with your own special wine, beer, or cocktails. The main entree' is either fish of the day (grouper, wahoo, fresh salmon etc.) from a local seafood provider or hand picked 8oz grilled beef tenderloins. Dessert and coffee are offered after the main course. The salon on the trawler is very large, warm, climate controlled (AC) and inviting. Double doors open onto the covered aft deck with waterway views, intimate seating, and relaxing private conversation. Dining for up to 6 people allows for an experience of a lifetime on an historic trawler. The trawler offers AC comfort, showers, complete head and all the features of home to allow for a great experience. The price of $300 includes dinner for 2(extra passengers up to 6 are charged an additional $25). This is a great deal considering the quality of the food, great trawler experience, and the uncompromising views on the waterway. There is nothing comparable to this experience we know about it offering this type of waterway views and special dining. We purposely keep costs as low as we possibly can to share this unique experience with others. We know you will enjoy this occasion enormously. additional Ian and Pam Payton have been residents of New Smyrna Beach for 20 years. They have an intimate knowledge of the local waterways and assure all aboard a great time. Captain Ian has his USCG approved license and is a university professor and his wife Pam is a gourmet cook to be reckoned with. Both have many years experience on the waterways with local fishing expertise.1616 N.
