Chinese cuisine from India finds its roots back to Kolkotta (formerly Calcutta) developed by the small Chinese community. Since the 1980s, a spicy Indianized version of Chinese food took to the streets of metro India. We serve this authentic Indianized Chinese food in Redmond WA.\n\nOur hallmark is fresh food. The food is prepared after you place the order and not when you called in to make a reservation. Our dishes are unique and offer blend of spice bursting with flavor. Unique dishes include Lat Mai Paneer, Burnt Garlic Fried Rice, Dragon's Fire and Hakka Noodles to name a few.
