At this charming Manor, which has been converted to a cooking school and eatery, cookery students offer their talents and dishes to guests. Under supervision, the students offer a five course table d'hote menu. Larger functions are also accommodated alfresco, under a marquee. Chef Sidney Cousins creates an elegant SA flavoured dining experience with a different table d'hote menu each week. There is vegetarian blazon from Chaine de Rotisseurs, waterblommetjie soup with biltong garnish, Scottish salmon with black pasta, Chinese cabbage, sundried tomato sauce and dill pesto and hazelnut and chocolate cake. To accompany this, there is a well-balanced and reasonably priced wine list.
