Since 1974 this restaurant has been touted as one of the best in Rome dining. The menu creations by chef Alberto Ciarla include a variety of fish and raw fish choices. Some of the dishes that have made this eatery famous are pasta and beans with seafood, mixed raw fish, the 'fritto all'antica' made with durum wheat and aromatic herbs instead of traditional batter. An extensive list of regional desserts and an extensive wine list are also on offer.
