This Miraflores restaurant that is a place to see and be seen. Open for lunch only, Gaston Acurio styled it after the simple Chorrillos cevicheria Sonia with a bit more flash. A number of different Seafood dishes make up most of the menu. Traditional dishes such as Ceviches, Tiraditos, Arroz con Mariscos can all be found as well as many dishes fused with Asian and Italian cuisine such as Tempuras, Sushi, and Pastas. The bar's long list of original Pisco based cocktails is quite exciting and many will come just for the drinks. - Nicholas Gill
