Winner of the prestigious Remy Martin/Australian Gourmet Traveller "Restaurant of the Year" award, the Grange Restaurant sits loftily inside Adelaide's Hilton Hotel. Able to mix Asian and Western ingredients creatively, world-renowned chef, Cheong Liew, is famous for dishes like Shark Fin Pouch in Venison Consomme, spiced with tarragon.
