The Bay House has long held the reputation as one of the best restaurants in Oregon. Despite our remote location, we are dedicated to providing outstanding cuisine, served by a professional, attentive service staff, in a spectacular location. We work tirelessly to improve ourselves every day.\n\nWhen and where possible, The Bay House prefers to use fish, meat, and produce that originates as close to our back door as possible. However, our dedication to the highest quality means that we cannot always do this. Depending on the season, the selection of local fish is often limited, and not always of the highest quality. In that case, we will bring in fresh seafood from Alaska, Hawaii, and the East Coast. We never use frozen seafood.\n\nSome of our favorite local purveyors are Dave Schaffer from Barking Dog Farms, Captain Mike Fitzpatrick at Pasttime Fisheries, Jim Robinson from R&S Seafood, and the many forest foragers and berry-pickers that we see regularly when the season is right.
