Christopher's prides itself for its fresh ingredients: all natural, local meat, organic greens, and no use of lard. Everything is home-made from their free chips and salsa to their agua frescas and vegetarian rice and beans. \n\nWhat critics have to say:\n\nChile Verde: "Lean chunks of tender pork that take two bites to get through are simmered slowly in a complex sauce that has a subtle and slight sweet-sour kick that probably comes from vinegar...it's a dish to return for." - Kim Severson\n\n"Paired with a salad of fresh greens and red onion or a larger Santa Fe chicken salad with avocado, roasted chiles, salsa and an olive-oil vinaigrette, you can get the flavors of Tex-Mex cooking in a light but satisfying meal." - Kim Severson\n\n"Fajitas are a star attraction, featuring beef or chicken [and now pork] marinated in a blend of spices that pack a seductively titillating punch, expertly grilled and sliced to order, and served in a variety of renditions." - Catherine McEver
