Orchards of olives, almonds, and walnuts are visible from Interstate Highway 5 and throughout the countryside. The nearby mountains provide hiking and hunting opportunities, while the Sacramento River and neighboring lakes are ideal for fishing, boating, and other water sports. The Olive Pit is known for its wide variety of local nuts and olives. This hotel was built in 1989 and remodeled in 2001.
