Covering 460 Hectares, Brampton Island is located in the Cumberland Group of Islands, 32 km north-east of Mackay at the Southern entrance to the Whitsunday Passage.

Brampton has twelve beautiful beaches, with seven being easily accessible via the National Park walking trails. Just off shore is a diverse range of fringing reefs where you can discover an amazing array of marine life and soft and hard corals. After an adventure of snorkeling and exploring, treat yourself and your partner to a rejuvenating massage, facial, or body wrap in The Sea Spa.

How to get there - FLIGHT - Australasian Jet operate flights daily from Mackay to Voyages Brampton Island (transfer time: 15 minutes) and from Hamilton Island to Brampton Island (transfer time 20 minutes). Bookings are made through Voyages with a minimum of 2 passengers. BOAT - A courtesy coach departs Mackay Airport at 1.30pm to Mackay Marina. The boat transfer departs Mackay Marina at 2.00pm and arrives at Brampton Island at 3.00pm. The return trip from Brampton Island departs at 3.20pm and arrives at Mackay Marina at 4.20pm.
