REMEMBER: I would recommend that you visit Venice Beach on a Sunday-its full of lots of characters and is at its best on Sundays. If you go on a Monday there will not be nearly as much to see and experience!
Take the Balboa Ferry when you are down in Newport Beach near the fun-zone. Its very cheap and its fun to cross the channel.
You will need at least a whole day to visit Disneyland/California Adventure.
The Wild Animal PArk and Sea World in San Diego are both amazing! I would recommend that you visit Old Town on a Sunday-there are lots of performers around on Sundays and it is very fun!
