In Hua Hin I would make sure you do some of the great half day and full day trips, Phetchaburi temples is a good half day, for a full day trip Bang saphan to snorkel is nice, Pala U waterfall is a good half day trip into the jungle areas. The sasi Show near the Hyatt is worth seeing.
