Next to the Aquarium, there is a beach called Almog Beach (aka Coral Beach)--you could snorkle on your own (they have platforms set up that are going deep into the water, and a rope to guide you about the corals). This is so spetacular, better then the Aquarium. There is an entrance fee, they rent beach Chairs, snorkles & Goggles, but it is so worth it!
