Day 1:
The adventure begins by traveling on the Panamerican Highway from Managua to Matiguas City, Matagalpa. During the trip, stops will be made for sight seeing in the northern region of Nicaragua. Lodging and meals will be provided in Matiguas by El Familiar Hotel and Restaurant (www.geocities.com/matiguaselfamiliar). Visitors will have the afternoon free to explore the city on their own.

Day 2:
After an early breakfast, visitor will travel to La Guadalupana Farm in the countryside of Matiguas. They can enjoy refreshments upon arrival. Next, visitors will be able to hike to El Pelon Hill to take in the scenery and panoramic views. Lunch will be provided, and the evening will be free for leisure. Lodging and supper will be provided by La Guadalupana.

Day 3:
Early morning watching and/or participation in the milking process of cows. After breakfast, travel to Musun Hill natural reserve in Rio Blanco, Matagalpa. Visitors will hike through the reserve, have lunch at the site, and travel back to Managua.
