Well, I went to Cleveland and went to the Great escape. It was quite fun actually. Funner than I thought it would be. It took me back to when I was a kid && had parties and lot so fun. Then I went to the Cleveland Speedway. Interesting place if you ask me. I saw lots of races adn met many exciting people. After all of that, I got hungry. So, I went and ate at the golden corral. It reminded me of my dad, how he used to take me there to eat before he died. It was real nice and the people were even nicer to me. I enjoyed it.
Well, I then traveled to frankfort, Kentucky. I used to go there when I was younger with my parents. I have always had fun when I went there. So going back was pretty cool. Fist, I went to Liberty Hall. Ever since I was little I have always wanted to go there. It is amazing there. Then after that I went and grabbed a bith at the local deli and headed on my way to the Kentucky Military History Museum. Almost every male in my family has been in service, including my brother. So, going there and seeing all the accomplishments they made had me in a good mood. They truly were heros.
On with my journey, I went to Des Moines, Iowa. While I was there I went to the art center. I am fasinated with art, so seeing the types they do there was amazing. They had paintings from back during WWII. That made me think about my grandpa. He died in WWII fighting for our freedom. I never met him but I hear he was a really great guy. After that, I went to the heritage Gallery. Lots of cool things there. More paintings and stuff. I went and ate at Checkers only because when I was 6 I ate there and I remember it being very tasty.
Ah, Oklahoma City , Oklahoma. I have always loved going here. The fresh air and the fun events that come around every year. While I was there the Paeao Arts Festival came around. I was so excited. They had many famous painters there and many priceless portraits. I tried to buy one but they weren't for sale. After that I went and ate at the Olive Garden. I was in a mood for some Italian. I then went to the White Water Bay Water Park. When I was younger and even today, I have always loved water rides. The thrill, the excitement, the adrenaline, everything about it. Rememinded me of my first ever trip when I was 5 to a water park.
I then went to Nebraska City, Nebraska. Firts off I visited the John Brown's Cave. Its a cave and passageway under a cabin used by slaves sheltered on the Underground Railway. All that stuff I learnt in middle school History finally paid off when I went there. Then I grabbed some food at the Muddy Creek Arapahoe Saloon. Supposed to have some of the best steak around. Then I went to the 30th annual Coin show. I remembered that my brother has been collecting old coins since before I could remember and it was cool to see what others had.
Bismark, North Dakota was a fun place. I didn't do much there. I just went to the Edgewater Counrty Club to play some golf. I remember back in the day that a lot of my family liked to play golf, So I gave it a try. Then I went and ate at the Lindy's there. Good ole' hotwings.
On to Casper, Wyoming. When I was there I had a blast. I went to casper mountain and went skiing. How cool is that? Ever since I was a kid I had always wanted to go skiing or even snowboarding. So, there I had my chance. Then I headed over and met the Casper Rockies. Some very cool people if you ask me. They do games and competitions all the time. Then I went and ate at the famous Barry's Italian resturant.
Albuquerque, New Mexico was very different from the ways here in Florida. It was a new experience for me there. But, I also had fun too. I went to the Cliff's amusement park. I'm sorry, but I cant turn one down. I have always loved them since I was 5. I then went to the Rio Grande Zoological Park and saw some animals. I went to my first ever zoo when I was about 7 and I havent been to many since. So, it was fun to go. Then I went and ate at the Gin Mill Restaurant & Tavern.
Omg, Park City, Utah, was a blast. I went to the Alpine Slide and rode to the top and then slided down on this weird contraption. But, it was new experience for me. I want to go back someday. I went and ate at the Golden Corral there and then headed over to the Norwegian Outdoor Exploration Center. By the time I left there I had went cross country skiing, nature hikes, snowshoeing, rock climbing, and rafting. Never before in my life have I done that. This trip was the first time I ever had gotten to see snow in my whole life.
I went to Butte, Montana next. When I got there I visited the Tom's Fishing and Bird Hunting Guide Place. Since I was little I have always went fishing and stuff. Never have I went bird hunting, but hey there is a first for everything. I grabbed some food at el Taco. Yummm.
