Last time I went to this place, I didn't enjoy the tasteless fish the chef made for me. He asked how I wanted the salmon, and I said grilled. He just grilled the fish without adding anything to it, not even salt. On the other hand, it may be the best place for someone who wants the food custom made and being able to tell the cheff exactly which ingredients you want in your meal.
