Ok, so its a little bit longer than a weekend. My bestfriend (20) and I (20) are planning a weekend getaway in the middle of school. We needed to find something interesting, cheap, and not that far away. The thing we wanted to plan our trip around was the Winchester Mystery house, located in San Jose California, which has a special flashlight tour every Friday the 13th and Halloween. We were also interested in hitting up San Fracisco's famous Pier 39, China Town, and our own addition, the Ghirardelli Square; Disneyland, 6 Flags Magic Mountain, and a bit of Hollywood.

A great place to park for a day exploring San Francisco, because its right near a cable car stop. Within walking distance of Ghirardelli Square and China town, with a lot of great photo oppourtunities.
