The hotel looks quiet good and rooms are a suite type. Also, it is too close to the airport and airplanes flew over the hotel between 7am and 9pm.
HOWEVER, BEWARE, Service is in one and simple word AWEFUL, that of a 1 star in a third world country. Guests are treated in a most unprofessional and inappropriate manner. In short everyone was extremely unprofessional and rude.
It started at the front desk when they booked 2 rooms under my name and it took awhile to tell them that they are wrong. In any case I had to wait until 3pm in the lobby for any room to be available, even though I arrived at 1pm.
I had to call daily and asked them to refill the refrigeretor and bar. Once they left us without any towels in the room.
In the breakfast buffet area, in house cleaner decides to sweep, as your eating under your feet (happened more than once), etc, etc, etc. Waiters are slow in serving coffee and cleaning tables.
There are plenty other hotels (even 3 star hotels in Eilat) who offer better service than this.
