Perfectly situated, with the central train station at one end of Rue Gounod and the Promenade des Anglais at the other, both within 5 minutes walk and everything else within 10-15 mins walk.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is really nice; guests are allowed to use all the facilities of it's sister hotel Hotel Splendid next door, including the rooftop swimming pool!

Watched the Celtic vs Man U match here. The staff had warned us to get here early to guarantee a seat. 15 minutes before the match started it was empty, after that it was standing room only!

Friendly staff, but watch for the price hike in drinks after Happy Hour.

unfortunately will go to Nice only for couple of hours and then Monaco for couple, so not too much time. :( But I'm sure it will be worth every second of it!
