Santaigo is a beautiful city with an abundance of flower and fresh fruit and vegetable markets during their summer. Snow in thw mountains and Austrian type ski villages feel like Europe. Low prices and friendly locals make the international guests feel welcome everywhere. So to avoid the winter chill go to Chile.
