Notes
Was greeted at the aiport and driven to the hotel in a Mercedes sedan. Was met by staff the hotel and escorted straight to the room. Upon entering, there were chocolates, waters, a H. Upmann Cuban cigar and snifter of cognac. I also received the latest edition of Cigar Aficionado and a Ritz-Carlton World Atlas.

Shopped on Nathan Road. There is a ton of eletronics and clothing stores. Every Tailor on that street stopped me to fit a suit. They are very aggressive and will grab your arm. Just keep walking if you are not interested.

Upon entering the pre-function area, Dom Perignon was poured by the glass. We then had a five course meal with wine pairings. After dinner, they brought around the liquor cart. I had a glass of Louis XIII with a Cuban Romeo Y Julieta Churchill afterwards.

Hey guys HK IS VERY NICE PLACE. I VISITED ITS LOT OF TIME.I TELL U MY ONE PART OF EXPERIENC IN HK---We were 4 peoples.We saw ten thousand budha, shing mun river a lot of unforgetable moment in shatin.Hey shatin is a good place for visit & for dine.
we choosed indian food for that day in fotan,shatin at ASRA INDIAN RESTAURANT.
ASRA I found by hk restaurant guide.
We ordered chicken madras,aloo chat,hari makai,veg seekh kebab,goan machi, papadum,mango lassi,masala tea, for sweet gulab jamun.the food taste spicy or mild they make according to urs choice.specially i like kebabs very much.
we enjoyed this dine very much
