You can leave out Court of Two Sisters and Tujague's. I'm a La. native and all I can say after my last visit to CTS is it has become a horrible tourist trap. Tujague's is tasty but has a very limited menu. Cafe du Monde is a MUST, as is Monteleone. Even if you didn't stay a night at Monteleone, the exhibits of writings of authors gone by in the lobby is worthwhile, as is a beverage at the famous rotating bar in the lobby. Many famous history-makers have done just this. Also check out Preservation Hall if possible.

And don't forget Galatoire's!!
