San Luis Obispo County Trip

BEWARE OF J& J RIDING. I found J & J riding through the web, called and made reservations. I still can not believe what she did to me. This year on my birthday I wanted to go for horse back riding. I found this place and made reservation for myself and my husband. I live in Palo Alto, CA and I drove all the way to Pismo Beach, CA just for horse back riding (300 miles). Cancellation policy was 48 hrs. The day of my appointment the lady called three hrs before our appointment and left a message that she cancelled our appointment. The reason she gave us was that every body cancelled and she don't want to drive 45 minutes just for two of us. This is highly unprofessional. I called the lady to let her know that I drove 300 miles only for this appointment and I am not satisfied with her excuse. Instead of apologizing she started yelling at me an she hung up after argument. I do not accept this kind of behavior and if you don't either please beware of J & J riding.
