I would fly to Cairo, Egypt to stay at the Intercontinental Hotel, Semiramis and enjoy their many great ammienities to recover from such a long flight. After a day or two of recovery I would head over for the heart of it all, the Sphinx and the Pyramids, staying for the light show at night. The next day I would head into Kahn el-Khalili Bazzar followed by a visit to the Cario Towers. At least a day or two for museums and the wonders there and the Valley of the Kings, I would make a trip to Giza a day or so later to see the Step Pyramid of Saqqara followed by the one of Kufu. No trip would be complete to Giza without a visit to the Colossus of Ramases II. And of course a day at least to go to Karnak Temple and the Temple at Luxor. Not the Las Vegas one either! After all that fun in the sun I would fly back for a visit to the Louvre in Paris to see the largest collection of Egyptian artifacts outside of Cairo, then a flight and rest in London, UK and a visit to their wonderful museum and home of the Rosetta Stone. Then back home to bring all this wonderful history to share with my friends and family.
