You can't go to K. C. without seeing the Plaza shopping/dining/cultural area. I think I read that it is modelled on Seville, Spain in its architecture. It is a gem of beautiful buildings, fine fountains and art, street festivals and outdoor restaurants. I think it is K.C.'s best feature (and I've lived nearby for 30 or so years!).
