WE started in Madison Wisconsin. We went to the American Legion with Fred and Janice and had a great evening with some real characters. We went to Milwaukee on Sunday to a wonderful festival and air show. George took many pictures of the Mother Land Miller Brewing.

OMG we are planning almost an identical trip in March, except we are going to start in Chicago, and go south from Rapid City. Just so yo know, the only time that Sturgis is exciting is the first week in August during the rally, and any other time it is just a normal little hick town haha. then when we get to Nashville, we will head north back to Chicago. I enjoyed reading your journal to get hints of things for us to do.

Susie, I enjoyed reading your journal. My sister and I are road tripping the first week in August from Chicago up into the upper peninsula, thanx to your insights on Milwaukee it will be a must see on our tour. Thanx. We are Floridians and thought it would be fun to see what the yankees do in the summer, we know what heaps of them like to do in the winter!
