We've planned a trip back to England for 3 years now, but something always seemed to come up when it came time to make reservations, and it never went through! THIS TIME....the trip will be a reality! And I've got 9 months to plan, and to try to talk my mother into joining us! She swears she won't ever fly again....but maybe, just maybe...she will for a trip to the land she enjoyed so much as a young woman, newly married! I guess we'll see...and in the meantime, I'll keep adding attractions, restaurants, things to do, and places to visit and see! And as for getting around...we're going to be renting a Mini as soon as we touch down, and traveling by car for the most part. But we're also going to take the train from Bury St. Edmunds to Manchester...just for the sake of riding the British Railway system! It's an experience in itself, and one I want my daughters to enjoy as I did when I was young! Keep watching for updates....and enjoy! :)
