Had our honeymoon there in 1996, been back several times since. Returning there on 9/5/06 for 10th anniversary, 1st time returning since 2001. Made many good friends there. Excellent food and friendly islanders.Stayed at Mullet Towers twice, Sapphire once,Maho Beach club and now we go to the Royal Islander.
Have heard that many things have changed on the island in the past 5 years, should be an interesting 2 weeks for my wife and I. Like exploring all over again.

went in august 2006. stay at the Royal Palm on Simpsons bay. Loved it. Very beautiful, very quiet.

Hello!! My fiance and I are spending our honeymoon in St. Maarten/St. Martin in mid October. We are timeshare owners and are staying at the Atrium Resort for the 1st half of our trip-has anyone stayed there before??. We are also planning to stay at the Grande Case Hotel (St.Martin) for the second half of out trip. Any suggestions, advise, what not do to, etc... I have concerns about the weather, due to hurricane season, but I've heard lots of good things about the island. Thanks for any and all your feedback!!
