As Manchester's Chinatown is one of the largest in Europe (3rd, we've been told by a restaurant owner), there is a wide choice of Chinese restaurants, not to mention Dim Sum which we are looking forward to!

Also planning a day trip to Cheshire Oaks Designer outlet in Ellesmere Port.
