With my younger sister starting baking and pastry school at the renowned Culinary Institute, my father and I will be traveling to visit her. We will tour the Greystone campus there, visit a few of the wineries, take a hot air ballooning trip at dawn, see the Pacific Ocean, and let my father get his first pedicure at a spa in Calistoga.
