Where is the best place to stay? Me and my girl plan on driving in on the 5th for the parade, should we try to be there the day before? which part of Toronto do we need to be in? Help!!!!!!!!!

The Route usually starts at Newfoundland & Princess Blvd at Exhibition Place and moves west along Lakeshore Blvd. to just east of the Boulevard Club. We are staying at the Grand, I have stayed at the Toronto Marriott at the Eaton Centre which is on Bay St. Either one is nice, just depends on what you want to spend as far as the money. I would personally stay in town that night, there is a lot of stuff going on and the next day you could head out to the islands.
