This is a great trip, but change the reservation from the Paradise Inn to the Mount Rainier Inn at Longmire. The National Landmark Paradise Inn is half way through a two year long restoration. Also, consider volunteering to help restore Mt. Rainier's trail system from the fall of 2006 catastrophic flood.
