I'Ve been to Rota twice and also for one week to play in my band at all the night clubs and bars. The place is really special as its completely spainish in all ways(the spainish go there for their holidays). Great beaches and great bars and nightlife,it also really good to explore. The seafood is good but its is better in Santa Maria with lots of eating places on the front but can be expensive,but you are on holiday! Check it out it is a beautiful place,by the way the hotel we stayed at is De Toro i think great rooms at fair pricing.
Hi Folks, if you ever want to get away from the rat race of travel; take a vacation too Rota. The people, food, entertainment, and of course the wine and beer is fantastic. By the way Jerez which is about 24 miles north of Rota is the Sherry Wine Capital of the World, try it you'll love it. Were going back!
