Calgary Jasper LL Banff

My wife and I are planning a 10-day trip to Calgary, looping thru Jasper, Lake Louise, Banff, and then back to Calgary.

Q#1: Apart from Calgary, (we are staying 3-4 days) how many days would you recommend we stay in each locale?

Calgary _3_
Jasper ___
Lake Louise ___
Banff ___
Calgary _1_

Q#2: From Calgary, Which loop route is best?

A) Calgary to Lake Louise (1 hr,44 min), to Jasper (3' 31"), back to Lake Louise, Banff (20 min), then Calgary?

or

B) Calgary to Jasper (5 1/2 hours driving), then work your way back to Calgary via Lake Louise (3 hrs, 31"), Banff to Calgary.

Banff and Lake Louise are very close to each other, you can do them both in 2 days. IMHO, LL is nicer than Banff.

My wife and I are doing a trip to Edmonton (1 day), then off to Jasper (2 days), LL (3 days) and then Calgary (2 days).

I think route A is best. Leave room for the Icefields Parkway, its amazing!

I would overnight in Banff, travel and overnight in Jasper and then head to Lake Lousie in the morning.

It's a great Ttrip!!

Even though i have not gone yet to Calgary i feel very excited to see the Calgary Tower, Calgary Zoo, Stampede
Place and the delicious Mexican foods that i being offered in the very nice restaurant. I hope by January 2007 my trip going there will be push through and i love to experience those.

calgary is a wonderful place i lived there for 17 years , the fresh air the friendly people, it has grown a lot but still a beautiful place. the calgary flames hockey team you must see a game

I HAVE HEARD SO MUCH ABOUT CALGARY FROM A FRIEND WHO RESIDES THERE THOUGH HE JUST GOT THERE BUT HAS SAID MUCH ABOUT THE PLACE. I WOULDN'T MIND GETTING A VISA THERE JUST TO SPEND A MONTH IN THAT BEAUTIFUL PLACE
