There are many method to travel between Phnom Pehn and Bangkok overland. There are 2 major borders which open to the foreigners in Eastern region of Thailand. So, if you come from Phnom Pehn, you can...take a boat or bus to Siem reap. From Siem reap, there are several taxi to Poipet - the border town of Cambodia. From Poipet, you can cross to Aranyaprathet....and Bangkok later so. Another route, you can take a bus + boat to Koh Kong, from Koh Kong, you can take a boat to Trat(Thai border town). From Trat there are several bus to Bangkok as well.

Dude, just one thing...BE CAREFUL. I know there are a lot of very dangerious places along the way, but pay particular attention when going through dictatorships in central asia!
