This "retro" meatery "withstands the test of time", serving what legions of followers swear may be "the best steaks in the desert" accompanied by "fresh, light, Caesar salads" prepared tableside and offset by a "spendy wine list"; the "tender, juicy" slabs of beef are "full of flavor", and though "expensive, worth the price of admission in spades"; nevertheless, the sticker-shocked would rather have "some money left over for a round of golf."
