Excellent place for a night. Small yet very clean and a convenient location, too.
The bed was a little lumpy and uncomfortable, but for the price, it was a good place to stay.

I finally have my picture of me at Buckingham Fountain! I've always wanted my photo taken in front of that famous fountain!

This was a blast! It was very hot and sunny, but well worth the heat. All of the food we tasted was excellent and it was really cool that you can buy small portions so that you can get a "taste" of all that Chicago restaurants have to offer!

A really nice place to stay. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly and the cleaning service was above par. We stayed on the 37th floor and had a great view of the city. We faced west, so we couldnt see the lake, but it was still awesome. We even got some great shots of the sunset from the window.

The first Chicago restaurant we ate at. The food was very good and if you're sitting at the right table, you can watch the cooks grill your food on real Weber grills! When you pay your bill, you get a few packets of rub seasoning to take home with you!

I didnt think I'd like this place considering it was all about ESPN, but I had a great time! The arcade was awesome, we played lots of air hockey. (my favorite) This is a great place to take your kids. The entire second floor is dedicated to the arcades. You can sit by the bar and sip your drink and watch the kids play.

The best Gumbo ever! A really neat place to eat. The walls are shelved with hot sauces from all over the world. The food was excellent!

The food here was pretty good, but the service was awful. I'm sure that is not the case all the time, though. We were seated all the way in the back and our server seemed to forget about us after we got our food. We got no refills on drinks and had to wait a long time to get our check. The jazz band was just starting up as we were leaving and sounded like they were pretty good. Not a great place for kids unless they're really into jazz music.

This was a very educational museum. Lots of reading and videos. Quite a few hands on areas for kids. The movies in the planetarium were the best part. Not an all day visit, but good for older kids who are interested in space.

Lots of neat shops. I saw some beautiful things, but nothing had price tags and I was afraid to ask!!! If you like to people watch, it's nice to sit on a bench and watch the people walk by. Not much for bargain hunters like me!

We drove through Chinatown. It was a little bit intimidating, so we did not stop. Most all of the stores have Chinese signs, so we were not sure where to go. It was an interesting sight see, though.

The best part of this hotel was that the parking is free! It's the only hotel in downtown Chicago that offers free parking. The building itself was older, so the rooms were a litte small. The air conditioner in our room sounded like a 747 taking off and the ice machines are only on every other floor. Other that that, it was a clean and comfortable stay.

Bring your walking shoes! This place is HUGE! Was wonderful to see some of the great masterpieces that we had only seen on tv. Our favorites were Dali and Picasso.
