Seems like you have all the high points covered, though I would suggest seeing the Alamo when in San Antonio. A suggestion for Friedricksburg is a stop into a toy store called Spunky Monkey....you niece will thankyou for it. Wonderful place. Many good little places to grab a quick bite to eat. Lots of antiques, tourists and traffic. But, lots of parking available also. Have a great time. If there is time or you change the order of your visit....try to get up to Fort Worth. The old part of town is worth spending alot of time exploring...they have a rodeo every Sat. night, a cattle drive downtown. Things you won't find any place else. Have fun.
