Took another trip to Colorado over the past 3.5 days. Trip was great. Except for the drizzle on the first day, all the remaining days were clear & cloudless days. Temparature was hoovering around the low 70's the entire time. We only got to visit two places in CO, Colorado Springs and Denver. Both cities are right below the foot of the great Rocky Mountains. So, we got to enjoy the view of the mountains the entire time. Well, Colorado does have some of the great wonders in this country. Places like Garden of the Gods were phenomenal, Pike's Peak view was awesome ... but there were also places which I thought was a total scam like Cave of the Winds. Mile high City, Denver, was also filled with fun exciting places to visit. the 16th street mall, Lorimer square and LoDo are definitely great places to hang out with friends. Anyway, overall the trip was great. I wish we had more time and get to visit Rocky Mountain National Park. Unfortunately, due to the distance and shortage of time, we had to skip it. Moreover, Trail Ridge Road, the highest highway in the States was still close until Memorial Da]y. Oh well, maybe next time. 'til then, Take care.
I will be taking a trip to CO this may for my senior class trip. I was researching things to do, and thanks to what you have put out here for trip ideas, I can send this to my class advisor and help plan our trip! Thanks!
