This was the absolute best vacation ever! If you go to Cabo, please check out the Villa Del Palmar. We are going back this Fall (2007) and staying at the Palmar again. Here are my tips if you do go: when you arrive, go straight to Costco and load up on bottled watter / liquors / mixers / snack items. When you check in to the Palmar or any of the 4 resorts they own, carefully consider getting the "all-inclusive" package which takes care of your food and drinks all day. I was so impressed with the Mexican themed buffet we attended. They had professional dancers, really good food, and a member of the Palmar Recreation Team would entertain you by coming by your table and doing a shot of tequilia with you! Had we opted to do this instead of eating out, we could have saved a lot! But I have to say that The Giggling Marlin and Pancho's were incredible and I'm glad I tried them out. We didn't go to half the places we listed but when you are in paradise, who cares!
