Although the report is nice, I don't really think that the writer has a full picture of what Hong Kong is like. 1.) There are landmarks (colonial buildings, old Chinese walled villages.....) 2.) There are much more to do than shopping. You can go hiking in the beautiful mountains (you may not aware that mountains occuipies over 60per cent of the teeritory ), or you can visit the Museums, or to simply take a stroll around the mid-levels. Really that's the only way you understand a place: live in it.
