Sacher, one of Vienna's most famous hotels, has been popular with the rich and famous ever since it opened in 1876. These days its cafe is full of tourists, thanks to the famous Sacher chocolate cake. However, the hotel itself has still managed to maintain an exclusive flair, with its oil paintings, marble stucco and red velvet curtains in the lounges.
