i stayed in negril (sunsets). stay at ixtabi. really nice and not expensive. acrosss the street is the tiki bar- caves and clean clear water. rick's bar is down the road about a mile. they dive off cliffs and it is a great place to watch the sun go down. there is a place to get lobster at a ridiculas low price. have fun

Once again, I am writing about your fabulous country.
Very relaxed for the tourists that need a break!! I am still hoping to be there this year, hopefully around Christmas.
Curious to see how Christmas is celebrated in Jamaica..?
It is still the most beautiful island I have ever been on!!
Very, very kind people and respectful. You do not see that much anymore. God Bless!

I'm just wondering how much per night a good motel would run in Ocho Rios in early-mid December. I don't need a resort or anything, just not some scummy place :) (I'm open to suggestions too) Ocho Rios was a stop on a cruise I went on & they didn't give us NEAR enough time there. So I'd like to go back as soon as possible...if I can afford it on my college-student budget.
