I grew up the Black Hills & the caves you have listed are known to the locals as the 'tourist traps'. If you want to see better caves go to the National ones, Wind Caves & Jewel Caves. Both are closer to the Hot Springs area however are far superior in my opinion. The ones listed as very short in duration & the caves have been abused by human & enviornmental damage over the years. The state parks work very hard to make sure their caves are still as close to natural as possible while still holding tours.
Other than that I see myself using your trip as a rough outline for my fiancee's & I's honeymoon trip over the US this summer. Don't forgot to take a day to just drive some of the backroads of The Hills to enjoy the scenery there.
