North Charleston, SC is a complete pit and after my last visit there Jun 2010- I will never go thru this city, sleep in this city, drive in this city or eat in this city.
While driving to the outlet mall near my hotel, an empty paper cup from my 2 year old's hand flew out of my open car window and I was issued a FIVE HUNDRED AND THIRTY FIVE DOLLAR TICKET by the North Charleston Police Dept!!!
My family will NEVER vacation in that state again.

For anyone if you could advise me I am thinking of moving to SC I heard it is
a beautiful place to live and it is also cheap, houses and living.
Tell me if this is true.
