I'm going to destin for a week starting next weekend. I noticed that you had this Adventure Pontoon & Power Boat Rentals listed on your trip. What exactly did you rent and how much did it cost you? I would love to rent a boat for a half day and take my daughter out on it. How would you rate their business & prices?
I would not, under any circumstances, rent a boat from Adventure Pontoon & Power Boat Rentals. The woman who owns that business is completely rude and she doesn't care about her customers. She screamed at me and used curse words in front of my children because she didn't like the questions I asked about the reliability of her boats. They looked old and broken down to me and I wondered if they'd get me back safely. Also I was asking about a radio because the one on the boat did not work. Avoid this business!
I'm glad I read your post. We're taking our third trip to Destin and this time are renting a boat. We're experienced boaters and own a power cruiser and one thing I don't want to hear is some rude lady trying to act like she's better than me. I'll avoid Adventure at all costs!
