i am looking forward to see ireland for the first time in my lifetime when i retire at 62 i am 54 now and i hope to see any family that could still be alive over there god willing?.
SO I am planning a 13 day trip to Ireland and Scottland at the same time. Have you been to Scottland? I want to go here for the scenic view and see as much green and castles as possible....but what else is there to do? And what pointers can you give me?
Ireland is a beautiful country. The irish people however do not like anybody or anyone.So leave soon but do remember to leave plenty of your Dollars behind.
I've been dreaming and saving for a trip to ireland for years. It's Nora Robets fault! I love her books and she discribes it so beautifully. I want to go alone but I'm sort of afraid to. How do I go about planning the whole thing?

My husband's family is from Cork Co., I bet he'd enjoy this. Anyone have any thoughts on travel there during Thanksgiving? (kids will be with step family, looking for something for just the two of us)
